Laura has over 12 years’ experience as a Real Estate Investor and has been involved in many facets of investing including identification and analyzation of emerging markets, acquisitions, raising capital, asset management, leasing, and disposition. She has performed many different types of transactions including Wholesaling, Fix & Flips, Buy & Holds, and Multifamily Rentals. She is committed to providing safe and profitable real estate ventures for private investors to grow their wealth.
In the summers, Laura coaches an elite women’s rugby team made up of high level athletes from around the United States. Each summer begins with a new group of strangers and ends with a close-nit team of women, working together towards a common goal. “I love watching the athletes grow and form the bonds that will last a lifetime. Winning is just the by-product.”
Kate graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science. She worked in the Biotech field for 15 years conducting safety and development research. When she began investing in real estate, she discovered that real estate “due diligence” was not that different from the research she had enjoyed for so many years. Kate leaves no stone unturned when conducting due diligence and prides herself in providing well-documented facts for her investors to make informed decisions about their wealth.
Kate enjoys coaching a year-round women’s rugby team in Little Rock, AR. That means she coaches both the traditional style of rugby (15 a-side) as well as 7’s style rugby. During the competitive season Kate is coaching 2 nights per week.
Laura and Kate had the privilege of attending the 2016 summer Olympic Games in Rio De Janiero, Brazil to watch rugby played in the Olympics for the first time since 1924. Many of the women who played on the US team had been coached at one point by Laura and/or Kate. “Even though the United States did not bring home a rugby medal, it was a true honor to be able to watch our friends represent our country while competing in the greatest sports competition on earth.”
